ABOUT US
Why families choose our care home in Surrey
Care is always personal, but we believe it should feel local too.
Our teams are part of the communities they care for. They know the towns, the villages and the people who call Staffordshire home, and they understand how important familiar faces, local connections and everyday routines can be. That’s why we work hard to create homes where residents continue to feel connected to the lives they’ve built, while families always know they’re welcome to pop in, share a cup of tea and remain part of everyday life.
OUR STORY
A family story that shapes every home
Westcott Care began with one family trying to find the right care for someone they loved.
When our founder, Andrew Whelan, saw first-hand how difficult it could be to navigate the care system for his own grandmother, he realised families deserved something different: care that feels personal, honest and centred around the individual. That experience continues to shape every Westcott home today, and it’s the reason we believe every resident deserves to be known for who they are, not simply the care they need.
Discover Andrew’s story and the values that continue to guide Westcott Care.
